RETURNS + EXCHANGES
- We do not refund for change of mind or wrong sizing choice, however we gladly offer a credit voucher for the online store!
- If you do wish to return your garment for a credit voucher, you must email 2D COLLECTIVE at email@example.com, or alternatively fill in the form at the bottom of this page first with your order number and wait for correspondence as to what to do further, 2D COLLECTIVE will get in touch with you within 24 hours, with information as to where to send back your garments and an address
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and any received thereafter by 2D COLLECTIVE may be denied. We suggest trackable mail as 2D COLLECTIVE will not be held accountable for lost packages being sent back to us
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including tags and sanitary labels. Once 2D COLLECTIVE has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before any further action.
- 2D COLLECTIVE reserves the right to deny a credit note for the return of items that are used, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a credit note.
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by 2D COLLECTIVE will not be issued a credit note. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
- Please allow 5 business days for a credit note to be issued from the date that the returned item is received by 2D COLLECTIVE. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your 2D COLLECTIVE account once this credit note has been issued

- Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
- PRE-ORDERS - we do not refund for change of mind due to mis reading the pre-order guidelines in the bio of the item you have purchased. We have been clear about this, and if you are intending to wear the item to an event please order ahead of time. Pre-orders are as stated, a pre-order! and are some of our most popular items, that is why there is a wait time on them. The time frame stated on the bio of the item you are ordering are just estimated time frames and are usually around 4-8 weeks in which your item could take longer are most likely less time to get to you! we hope you can understand our terms and conditions on pr-orders!
- Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange.
- Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a Store Credit to use at your leisure.
- If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order with your online store credit voucher provided!

FINAL SALE ITEMS
All Final Sale Items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
